At Higher Gitcombe we can offer bespoke mid week breaks that offer you the opportunity to do just that and maybe learn some new healthy ways to help you in the future. We cater for all ages and abilities.
Research indicates that healthy eating is beneficial for good health resulting in an improved quality of life.
We are very lucky that we live close to where we can source a huge range of organic produce.
We are also extremely lucky that we have very special trained practitioners to hand to teach us new ways. We offer our guests a ‘menu’ of therapies to choose from.

Training Programmes
Harry is a qualified Personal Trainer with over thirty years experience in training and competition. As a 54 year old, he understands the problems of keeping fit when you are older and specialises in fitnes for the over forties.
Physical health talk followed by a demonstration and exercises, finishing with a "as seen on TV" Nordic Walking session. Price £60 for up to 4 persons.

Kamini is a complementary therapist, creative mindfulness teacher, artist and retreat facilitator. Relax - restore- rejuvinate.

Vicky freezes her Wheatgrass juice straight after squeezing to maintain the maximum nutrition.

Full body massage 1 hour £50 or 1/2 hour £35
Yoga class 1 hour £35 or 1.5 hours £45
Yoga classes will cost the same for 1 or more people so cost can be split between 2 or more.
